Guide to Creating a Profile

A step-by-step guide on how to create a profile on our new system.

First search the following website: new.creativecasting.tv

Once here, you will be met with the page in the photo on the left. To register, click on the 'Registration' button underneath the 'Log In' button.

You will then have a pop up appear which explains what is needed to register with us at Creative Casting.

Ensure you have all of these items ready to upload. The easiest file type to upload is a JPEG, which is a photo.

The first section you will need to fill in will be 'Personal Details'. Please fill in all of the boxes which have a red asterisk (*) next to them. As these are required fields which are needed to create a profile.

If you miss a section, an error message will show at the bottom of the page reading 'We found some problems with your application form, please review the form for any error messages in red and make sure you include the required information.'

The words 'Required Field' will then show underneath each box you missed which needs to be filled in.

Next will be your measurements. Please fill in all of the boxes which have a red asterisk (*) next to them. Ensure your measurements are accurate and up to date.

Photos will be up next. Ensure you are uploading these in a JPEG or PNG photo format. Most phones will automatically take pictures in this format.

You will then need to fill out your Right To Work requirements. You will need to upload one of the following;

- In date passport

- Birth Certificate & a form of photo ID

If you are not a UK Citizen, then you will need to upload your passport, and then a member of the Creative Casting team will have a meeting with you to approve your identity and settlement status.

The final step will be to sign the terms and conditions. You will need to tick all of the boxes on the screen and then either write or upload a signature.

Once you have complete registration, you will receive an email from info@crativecasting.tv which will include your artist ID and password.

You can change this password once you log in.

Ensure to check your junk for this email.

If you would like to add a child account. You will need to create an adult account first. Once your adult account has been made, you can log in and on your home page there will be a 'Add Child' button. From here, you can add a child account.
