An Integral Part of Every Production

As a Supporting Artist you play a key part in making film and Television scenes feel authentic. You might appear in the background of a restaurant, a busy office, or at a bus stop. You might even feature in a close up moment. Being a supporting artist is a great way to experience life on set, meet new people and be apart of exciting productions.

What is Expected From An SA?

Each day on set can be different; you might spend long hours on your feet, sometimes outdoors in all kinds of weather, or inside a busy studio. Every production brings its own challenges, but that’s also what makes the experience exciting and unique. The key is to follow direction from the crew and enjoy being part of the creative process.

Making a Profile

Creating a profile is easy! It’s important that all your details are accurate. When productions make their selections, many different factors come into play. They might be looking for someone with specific measurements for costume requirements, someone with pink hair, or someone with a particular background or skill. Every casting is different, so keeping your profile current ensures you never miss out on the right opportunities.
