We’ve built a new system to provide a smoother, faster, and more efficient experience for Supporting Artists and productions. The updated platform features a cleaner interface, automated messaging, improved calendar tools, and other enhancements to make managing profiles, bookings, and communications easier than ever.
Yes. Even if your information exists in the old system, you will need to re-upload your photos, measurements, and documents to your new profile. This ensures all data meets the new system’s formatting and requirements.
All previous booking records, payment information, and profile data will be securely retained for 6 years, in line with legal requirements. You can download your past remittances and booking history directly from your old profile while the old system is active. After the system is deactivated, you can contact the office, and they will provide any records you need.

Yes - only registered members of Creative can be put forward for castings. You do not need to renew your registration; your membership rolls over annually.
SAs can create an account by navigating to the Login/Sign-Up section from our website. Once you choose to register, a pop-up will appear, which will explain everything that you should prepare before moving forward with the registration.
You can login into your account, once you have registered, by navigating to the Login/Sign-Up section from our website. Once you enter your login details, you will recieve a once time use passcode sent to your registered email address. Entering this code will log you into your profile
There isn't an age limit to register with Creative Casting.
Child profiles can only be created through an adult account by switching the adult/child toggle at the top of your home page. Adult profiles can add multiple child profiles, all of which are accessible from the same account.
There is no upfront fee for joining Creative. However, an annual administration fee (£30 for adults & £20 for children) is deducted from your first work payment of each calendar year (running January to December). These costs are subject to VAT.
You are required to upload the following photos to complete your profile:
- Headshot
- Full-length photo
- Selfie
Any extra photos can be added once your profile is created
Most casting calls will be sent via email from castings@creativecasting.tv. Emergency castings may also be sent via SMS message.
Casting calls will include a link with all details for the role. At the bottom of the page, there is a section to answer questions or provide information specific to that casting. Complete these sections to apply. If not interested in the role, feel free to ignore.
Once booked by the production you will receive a booking message via Email and SMS and your calendar will be updated
