David
Senior Casting Agent
Coming from an acting background, David most enjoys the creative licence that he gets from the job. “I love receiving briefs that challenge the imagination. Picturing who could really be sitting at the bar in a 1920s speakeasy. That type of thing. I like to think of it as being given a canvas and some colours to work with, and it’s up to us to create the best potential SA paintings for the AD to choose from.”

Owen
Artist Support
Owen is a key member of the support team here at Creative Casting. He is responsible for assisting the Agents with their daily tasks and ensuring the Supporting Artists' profiles are maintained and up to date. His organisational skills provide support, allowing the team to focus entirely on matching talent to projects.
Julia
Casting Agent
Julia Spencer has an extensive background in casting. When receiving a brief, she dives deep into our network of supporting artists to find dynamic and diverse options. With a background in both acting and directing, she especially loves collaborating with up-and-coming filmmakers on their projects. When Julia is not finding you exceptional supporting artists, you can find her at the cinema, or at home rewatching Blade Runner for the hundredth time.

Financial Controller
A detail-driven Financial Controller with a strong understanding of the creative industries, Nicola oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting at Creative Casting. With a calm, solutions-focused approach, they ensure financial processes run smoothly across productions, supporting both the creative vision and commercial realities of casting projects.

Casting Agent
Charlotte has 8 years experience as an Assistant Director across TV, film, and commercial sets. Charlotte has a strong background in crowd work; from casting supporting artists to coordinating and dressing them in on the day. And when she’s not tracking down the perfect supporting artists, you’ll find her relaxing with a gripping documentary and a good book.

Door Greeter
Bertie has years of experience in nap optimisation and snack surveillance. He specialises in greeting visitors like long-lost friends, supervising deadlines by staring directly into your soul, and providing emotional support during stressful casting moments. A vital member of the team and the only one who gets away with sleeping on the job.
